Taxalog is a taxi driver app (iOS and web) and office dashboard. This policy explains what data we collect, why we store it, and how you delete it. Home: taxalog.com/about · Terms: taxalog.com/terms.

Delete your account (in-app)

You can permanently delete your account in the Taxalog app. No email or phone call is required.

Open Taxalog and sign in (or create an account).
Open the Menu tab.
Tap Slet konto · Delete account.
Confirm. Login, shifts, trips, and profile data are removed.

Account deletion instructions

Data we collect

Account: name and email when you sign in with Apple, Google, or email/password
Shifts, trips, and expenses: amounts, times, and notes you enter
Chat and support: messages you send
Receipts: photos or PDFs you scan or import
Contacts: used only to show a caller’s name if the number is in your address book
Location (optional): trip start point when you enable GPS in the app
Technical data: needed to run login, sync, and support

Stability and security

Storage

Data is stored on your device and on our servers while your account exists. We keep it only as long as needed to provide the service, or until you delete your account or ask us to erase it.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Processors we use to run the service:

Apple (Sign in with Apple, App Store)
Google / Firebase (authentication and sync)

Your rights

In the app under Menu → Profil you can see what we store, export a copy, turn GPS off, or delete shift data. Account deletion is Menu → Slet konto · Delete account.
